Shipping and Orders

All pricing is in Czech Koruna (CZK) and Euro (EUR).
Prices displayed on the website are purely for the apparel only, exclude the delivery shipping cost.

*Please note that a conversion rate fee is applicable in addition to your order total. The rate is determined, not by us.

DELIVERY SHIPPING

We shipping across Czech Republic and Europe.

If you’re located within Czech Republic, we offer DHL or PPL shipping services. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse. With estimated time 2-4 days.

If you're located in another country in European continent or EU zone, we offer DHL shipping services. Order are dispatched from same location. With estimated time 3-5 days.

*All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, except if placed over the weekend/public holidays, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

*Please note, during sale and peak periods there may be a slight shipping delay with your order - we appreciate your patience.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

Please do not use PO Box delivery addresses as most local couriers cannot deliver to these locations.

We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier – e.g.: Reception or Mailroom. Please remember to specify levels or unit numbers.

We will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.

(Please note for our Czech customers, our partnering couriers may only deliver your parcel to the nearest main postal office town.)
